Paddy knows recruitment, having worked in the industry since 1997. Paddy first joined CallCentre People Recruitment in 2010, taking up the position of General Manager in 2011.

Paddy’s experience includes 8 years of running her own recruitment agency recruiting across multiple industries.  She has experience in contracting for multiple organisations within the recruitment industry and has also worked as Sales Manager for a corporate recruitment company.   The satisfaction of helping people find new jobs is still as fulfilling now as it has ever been.   Paddy enjoys the fast paced nature of this industry and the solid relationships that she builds with her clients and candidates at CallCentre People Recruitment.

Paddy has built up CallCentre People Recruitment client base. This has been largely based on referrals from clients that like dealing with Paddy and her team. Paddy leads a team who are straight up, hard working and deliver results for their clients.

Outside of work, Paddy doesn’t slow down and is often playing netball, bush walking or trying to keep up with her daughter!
