Leonie Armstrong

Training and Development Manager

With over 20 years’ experience, Leonie’s employment pathway in customer service has included work in the private sector, central and local government, and created opportunities to springboard into credit control and client management as an executive assistant. Having started as a contact centre agent as a school leaver, Leonie joins the team after most recently leading a successful high performance team in the private sector, that business having won their category in their inaugural entry in to the CRM Awards 2019.

Leonie has a passion for empowering people to achieve success, demonstrating the real world application of our Skills for Industry Program, drawing on her vast knowledge of contact centre experience.

In her spare time Leonie enjoys outdoor netball, walking, and spending quality time with family and friends
