Kenexa Prove It!® provides detailed results upon test completion and these are then interpreted by CallCentre People recruitment specialists to ensure our selected candidates match our client’s requirements.

CallCentre People assessments were historically targeted to call centre, customer service and sales roles; but through demand have now been expanded to other role types. The most popular assessments include computer, listening and comprehension skills testing, script delivery and sales ability as well as general business operational understanding.
